Subject: ANNUAL CHAPTER ASSESSMENTS
 
Dear Brothers and Sisters in St. Dominic:

Happy New Year and welcome to the Church's 2025 Jubilee Year - Pilgrims of Hope. I believe that this significant event  has been launched in your Parish on Christmas Eve.
 
Brothers and Sisters, it is time to plan for the 2025 LPC meeting which will once again take place at the Vallombrosa Retreat Center in Menlo Park, from Friday, July 18, to Sunday, July 20, 2025.  Notice of the meeting with the details will be sent in May 2025.
 
As Lay Provincial Council Treasurer it is my duty to call for each chapter's annual assessments.  The assessments are to all chapters (not the individual members), and are $60 per active, (temporary or life) professed member of your chapter. This number does not include prayer members or those in initial formation (those who have not yet made promises), but it does include those who have made temporary promises. Checks can be made out to Dominican Laity Western Provincial Council (or DLWPC). Please fill out the attached form and mail it with your check to me at:

Please include your chapter name in the subject line of the check.
